ONLINE SOFT SKILLS COURSES_
For Track Learning Solutions, a regional leading provider of innovative eLearning solutions in the Middle East, we developed an online library of Arabic Soft Skills courses covering a wide range of soft skills in Arabic, available for corporates to offer their employees. Until today, we have designed and developed 60 courses in the field of management, interpersonal skills, customer service, and technical/functional skills.
The main objective was to develop comprehensive courses covering several soft skills topics, which are interactive and engaging. The main challenge was to maintain consistency throughout the library, and develop a user interface and experience that is simple and easy-to-use.
ENGAGING, INTERACTIVE ELEARNING MODULES_
The project’s allocated budget and resources were efficiently used to design and produce mobile-ready, SCORM 1.2 compliant, courses, with tracking capabilities, featuring:
- 60 titles in soft skills related to business and management
- Instructional methodology catered to adult learners with limited time and attention
- Simple, user-friendly, interface with linear navigation
- Consistent voice-over in formal Arabic to be understood by all Arab dialects
- Effective use of interactive and animated content throughout the learning experience
- Scenario-based questions as learning aids
- Scored quizzes for performance assessment
This resulted in the first mobile-ready, fully Arabic Soft Skils library for corporate employees and managers in the Arab world. They are SCORM 1.2 compliant, with tracking capabilities, available in a hosted option or through the clients’ Learning Management System.
