No two learning needs are the same. Discovery is where we capture the essence and nuance of your organisation. We seek to deeply understand the business needs and most importantly, your learners and learning objectives to ensure our solutions are directly aligned to your challenges. We know business buy-in is critical to the success of any learning project, so we always seek to engage key stakeholders early on.
PREPARATION
AND PLANNING
Once our discovery phase is complete, it’s time for us to start to compile our findings. We’ll collaborate closely with your subject matter experts to further refine your learning objectives and pathways, as well as determine what learning assets we need to create. We call this a learning experience design canvas and it’s been created as part of this process. Our main goal here is to develop a dynamic, modern learning experience that delivers on your goals.

This is where your project really comes to life. We’re passionate about building beautiful, engaging learning assets and elearning. Our discovery process will have clearly determined what’s going to be required to get results - so now we’ll get to work creating what’s needed - be that animations, PDFs, videos, infographics, comics, quizzes, interactive elements and more.
TESTING AND

Whilst we’d love to think we’d get it perfect the first time, everything we produce goes through a rigorous phase of testing. We’ll work with you through both an Alpha and a Beta test phase, ensuring we iron out all the kinks and deliver a final product that meets your needs.
