OSN SUPER AGENT SALES TRAINING
OSN are a leading entertainment network broadcasting in 24 countries across the MENA region. As a highly visual, leading media brand, OSN were seeking new onboarding training for their sales team that was as engaging and entertaining as their consumer brand. Kashida was up to the task and collaborated with OSN to develop a highly visual, media-rich learning experience that reduced costs and delivered clear business results.

OSN came to us with a clear challenge – create a brand new, modern learning experience for their new sales people. As well as having to ensure the onboarding process was streamlined and completely in-line with the OSN brand, we also had to ensure that it could be delivered across all of their 24 regions, meaning all learning content had to be relatable and relevant to both English and Arabic speakers (with different dialects and cultural backgrounds).
Due to the complexity of the project, we applied our proprietary discovery process to deeply understand OSN’s core learning challenges, and then our expert Learning Experience Designers went to work to create a unique, bespoke learning solution tailored to enhance the knowledge of OSN’s sales teams in a fun and efficient way, whilst also reducing costs.

We created a human-centred learning experience that was designed for maximum knowledge acquisition, retention and application. Leveraging a true blended approach we developed a range of learning content including videos, interactive digital objects, infographics, quizzes and more – ensuring all of this was readily available and accessible on any device.
This was implemented on OSN’s version of Docebo LMS across both English and Arabic languages and has since enabled their sales teams to more quickly be proficient in their role. And whilst our program exceeded expectations at OSN, they have also seen significant reductions in onboarding training costs as well as providing experienced staff with the tools to excel in their roles. In fact, it was so successful that it was shortlisted for “Best Employeee Training Program 2017” in the Docebo Inspire Awards.
