KEY INFORMATION_
Breaking Down the Barriers to Inclusion _
Makeen wanted to build an impactful E-learning program that not only educates but also inspires organizations to embrace inclusive practices. This required solving multiple challenges:
Too Much Content, Too Little Time
Makeen had years of workshops and materials, rich in value but overwhelming in volume.
Making It Engaging and Accessible
Creating an online course that feels alive is tough. Now add another layer: accessibility
Every button and every interaction had to be user-friendly for learners of all abilities, including those using assistive technologies.
Speaking to Many Voices
The target audience wasn’t one group; it was HR professionals, managers, mentors, buddies, and even employees with disabilities themselves.
Our challenge?
One course, multiple perspectives. How do we make everyone feel seen and supported?
Consistency Without Losing Creativity
With five courses and countless modules, visual and instructional consistency was key.

Designing a Unified and Inclusive Learning Journey _
Kashida’s approach was collaborative. Here’s how we transformed challenges into opportunities:
Content with Purpose
We started by sitting down with Makeen’s subject matter experts. These sessions were more than meetings; they were conversations filled with real-life stories from workplaces across the Kingdom.
Engagement Meets Accessibility
Imagine this: You’re a manager learning how to support a new employee with a disability. Instead of reading a PDF, you step into an interactive scenario where you choose how to respond in real time.
That’s the experience we created, through:
- Scenario-based activities that mirror real-world challenges.
- Gamified quizzes that turn knowledge checks into something fun and rewarding.
- Accessibility-first design ensuring that learners with disabilities could navigate seamlessly.
A Visual Identity for Inclusion
To tie everything together, we crafted a consistent visual and instructional framework, clean layouts, intuitive navigation, and characters who felt real.
Turning Strategy into Impactful Learning _
After months of collaboration, the result was more than just an online course. It was:
- A self-paced, fully accessible digital program that learners could complete anytime, anywhere.
- A platform that championed respect, inclusion, and capability-building for organizations across Saudi Arabia.
- A tool that could evolve into an accredited course or even a full program shaping the future of workplace inclusion.
Most importantly, it gave Makeen a scalable, sustainable way to continue its mission, turning inclusion from an idea into an everyday reality.
