The KEYSS Project stands as a beacon for Saudi youth and civic leaders. It strives to bridge the gap between the aspirations of the youth and the progress of communities in Saudi Arabia. MEETING THE DIGITAL CHALLENGE _
KEYSS Project handed us a challenge – evolve a contemplative, in-person course into a captivating online journey. This called for more than digital conversion; it required translating the intimacy and depth of face-to-face learning into a virtual realm. Additionally, the course needed to resonate culturally with Saudi youth and speak to them in their preferred languages. Balancing sustained engagement across a diverse audience prompted innovation, ultimately placing KEYSS as a guiding light for those seeking purpose.
PIONEERING EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS_
Partnering with KEYSS, we significantly influenced the field of education. Transitioning in-person courses to engaging online experiences was no easy task; however, to retain the personal touch, we introduced interactive elements, guided by trainer voiceovers, and streamlined the learning process by automating tasks and allowing personalization. Furthermore, we revamped the inspiration sheet from the in-person course, through multi-level questioning strategies and allowing learners to actively engage by inputting answers throughout. At the course’s conclusion, these responses are compiled into a sheet with four distinct themes, enabling learners to choose their preferred style. To stay culturally relevant, we offered the course in both English and Arabic, including characters whom the learners can relate to. Creating objects, animating them, and utilizing badges through a behaviorist approach significantly increased engagement.

REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENTS AND OUTCOMES
Kashida’s groundbreaking innovations set new educational standards, affirming our impactful collaboration with an impressive 64% course completion rate and a total enrollment of 954 learners in both the English and Arabic versions of the “Purpose, Passion, and Mission in Life” course.
Not only that! Beyond these results, our collaboration with the KEYSS Project earned us the prestigious Gold Award for Excellence in Design – commercial sector (international) at the recent ceremony.
This Gold Award represents a journey of dedication and resilience, it reinforces the substantial influence of mindful design and engaging learning experiences.
