Journey to Excellence
I’m overjoyed to share an intimate glimpse into a defining moment in our journey at Kashida. Our project, the “Purpose, Passion, and Mission in Life” course in collaboration with the KEYSS Project, recently clinched the esteemed Gold Award for Excellence in Design – commercial sector (international) in the award ceremony event. This victory holds a special place in my heart, as it symbolizes not just hard work but an emotional rollercoaster of hope, anticipation, and ultimate euphoria.ins
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Kashida, leading this project has been lifechanging. The project wasn’t merely about creating a course; it was about sculpting a profound, life-altering experience for our learners. Each element of the course was meticulously crafted to inspire introspection, personal growth, and a sense of purpose. Our project, the ‘Purpose, Passion, and Mission in Life’ course, is designed to guide learners in aligning their life choices with their beliefs and passions. Imagine being empowered to make critical life decisions, from choosing a major or career path to infusing everyday life with happiness by embracing what you love—this is the essence of our course. The journey to this triumphant moment was sprinkled with a blend of emotions. At the event, as the announcements for the bronze and silver winners echoed through the hall, a tinge of disappointment lingered each time it wasn’t us. Each announcement stirring a blend of hope and anticipation.
Then, as they announced the Gold Award, an overwhelming wave of disbelief and joy surged through me. I had to pinch myself. It was an unforgettable moment of sheer ecstasy and an indication of the dedication put in the project. This recognition celebrates our collective resilience, dedication, and the shared vision we hold at Kashida. It stands as a testament to the transformative impact of mindful design and engaging learning experiences.
This also wouldn’t have been possible without the passion and expertise of Dr. Sarah Ghaleb, the CEO and founder of the KEYSS project who said: “After training the concept of social entrepreneurship to thousands of youth in Saudi over the last 10 years, I learned how we as a society need to be better prepared for success in life through self-reflection, discovery, and giving back to others. I started The KEYSS Project as a social entrepreneur who is passionate about helping others find their purpose.”
Last but certainly not least, our deepest gratitude extends to the esteemed judges whose recognition fills us with immense gratitude and humility. To have experts like you in the field acknowledge and appreciate our project was beyond gratifying; your affirmations and commendations resonated deeply, reaffirming the impact and resonance of our design. This fuels our passion to continue crafting transformative learning experiences. From the depths of our hearts, thank you!
Yours truly,
Sharin Chadid
